About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electro Mechanical Technician to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As an Electro Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for performing emergency and predictive maintenance procedures on electromechanical conveyor systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform emergency and predictive maintenance procedures on electromechanical conveyor systems.
  • Responsible for maintenance and calibration of microprocessor-based control equipment, general instrumentation, and electrical control systems.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, and control system failures using technical expertise and accepted diagnostic procedures.
  • Conduct routine and periodic inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of machinery and equipment.
  • Manage tasks, projects, and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
  • Keep work area clean and orderly.
  • Assist in facility maintenance as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience as an electro mechanical technician.
  • Associate in Arts Degree in Electro Mechanical or other relevant technical disciplines preferred or Associate in Science Degree in Electro Mechanical or other relevant technical disciplines; or equivalent certification and training.
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience.
  • PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Technician certification.
