Electro-Mechanical Technician III

Omnicell is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician III to join our team in St Petersburg, FL. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of complex electro-mechanical systems, ensuring optimal equipment performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electro-mechanical equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure production goals are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with NEC, OSHA, and other relevant guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including repair records and maintenance schedules.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field, or a BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of three-phase power up to 480 volts, intermediate to advanced mechanical knowledge, and competency in reading hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with peers and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with flexibility to work alternate shifts and overtime as needed.
