Key Responsibilities:

This role entails delivering holistic financial solutions to small enterprises with annual revenues reaching up to $5 million, while actively nurturing and expanding relationships with high-value clients. Key duties include:

  • Overseeing the complete client experience to meet their needs and drive sales while managing risks.
  • Identifying and directing specialized small business opportunities and solutions during client relationship assessments.
  • Providing a distinguished customer experience by spending a minimum of 80% of the time in the field.
  • Building partnerships with key stakeholders such as Merchant Services, Practice Solutions, Treasury, and Business Banking to enhance small business prospects.
  • Utilizing credit expertise to guide small business owners on solutions, services, and digital tools that align with their business objectives.
  • Facilitating the execution of the sales delivery model to achieve targeted performance and growth within the Small Business segment.
  • Mentoring and developing team members while fostering a client-centric culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in consultative sales within financial services or business-to-business environments.
  • Ability to showcase improvements in business financial outcomes through analysis of financial statements and strategic recommendations.
  • A passion for outside sales and a proactive approach to prospecting.
  • A commitment to enhancing existing relationships and surpassing sales targets.
  • Capability to analyze client financial conditions and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in interpreting financial statements and conducting cash flow analyses.
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in collaborating and negotiating with a team to resolve client challenges.
  • Proven management of a client portfolio with a focus on relationship enhancement.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of small business financial products and services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and banking platforms.

  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or economics preferred, or seven years of relevant experience.
