About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral services to individuals with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to identify the needs of patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, direct care staff, family members, guardians, and collateral individuals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide regular progress updates and coordinate home, work, and community-based visits to monitor treatment advancement.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and provide training to staff and team members as needed.
  • Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other relevant meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records to ensure timely access to information.
  • Act as a liaison with the public and mental health community to support the development of ongoing goals and objectives.
  • Assist in creating procedures for training materials to improve programs for individuals served.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest behaviorally based interventions and techniques to remain competitive in the field.
Requirements
  • Experience with behavioral intervention and/or a strong educational emphasis on learning and developmental psychology.
  • Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, and moving from seated to standing regularly.
