Position Overview:


The Licensed Clinician will provide high-quality mental health services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with mental health issues.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs.
  • Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate clinical documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Engage with clients and their families to facilitate understanding and involvement in the treatment process.
  • Attend and participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and training sessions.
  • Stay informed about current developments in the field of mental health and incorporate evidencebased practices into treatment.
  • Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of clients served.


Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid license to practice as a clinician in [State] (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, psychologist).
  • Proven experience in providing clinical services in a mental health setting.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to social justice.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of evidencebased practices and treatment modalities.
