Job Summary:

LORAM Maintenance is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Intern to assist the Accounts Receivable team with contract service invoicing and related activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and reporting of customer contract services invoices and related Accounts Receivable activity.
  • Prepare and process contract services invoices based on customer contracts and machine statistical information.
  • Work with Operations and Marketing departments to obtain timely machine contract information and maintain Accounts Receivable reports and files.
  • Prepare specific contract analysis as required by Operations and/or Marketing departments.
  • Analyze and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
  • Complete and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Junior status or higher.
  • Completed core coursework for chosen discipline.
  • Knowledge of computers and software with good word processing skills using Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills when interacting with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and compute ratios and percentages.
