The Quality Control Auditor is responsible for ensuring that customer, people, and investor goals are balanced and met.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing quality alerts and issues on the Quick Issue Detection Sheet (QID) at the start of each shift, changeover, or change in manpower with production associates on assigned lines.
  • Inspecting products to requirements defined on quality documentation, including Inspection Instructions, QID, Quality Alerts, and SAP Inspections.
  • Performing Feel Checks, Hi-Lite, and Stoning of Class A surfaces when applicable.
  • FOLLOWING AND ENFORCING ALL PLANT SAFETY RULES AND POLICIES.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) REQUIRED.
  • Six months to one-year related experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous Quality experience.
  • Previous experience with calipers and micrometers.
  • Able to lead by example, be trustworthy, and dependable.
