Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Director to oversee the product management of our Hospital Care product line sold and distributed in the United States and Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing product lifecycle, and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain and increase market share and profits for assigned product groups.
- Manage product lifecycle responsibilities for existing and new products, including forecasting, inventory, backorders, and quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product development, launch, and maintenance.
- Monitor product group incident reports and direct corrective actions as needed.
- Manage promotional activities related to product groups, including trade show activities and in-house sales training programs.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 08-10 years related experience required.
- Advanced knowledge of professional field and industry.
- Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
