We are seeking an Academic Records Specialist for the School of Dentistry to assist in the application and admissions processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain confidentiality.

The successful candidate will perform preliminary analysis of incoming applications, provide advisement and assistance to students, and assist faculty and staff with recruitment and program issues. Additionally, they will perform secretarial and receptionist duties, including word processing, answering telephones, filing, mailing coordination, and record keeping.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree and a minimum of three years of experience in a related field. They will also be able to keyboard 40 wpm, read, write legibly, and speak in English with professional quality. The ability to relate and communicate positively with others, work calmly under pressure, and collaborate and accept direction is also essential.
