Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at Mauser Packaging Solutions. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely, ensuring high-quality production and meeting production standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate all manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Meet production standards and maintain high-quality production
  • Remove or shift materials and/or finished products to facilitate proper flow
  • Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas
  • Responsible for safety and quality throughout production
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to be on feet consistently for 8-12 hours per shift
  • Walking during standing time in work cell, continuous rotation between mold machine, tester machine, cutter machine, and grinder machine
  • Repetitive turning and twisting during leak testing steps of production
  • Reaching above shoulders, hand and wrist repetitive simple grasping to pick up drum, flip drum to put it on the cutter machine, and drum lid assembly
