About the Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is between $83,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. As a Registered Nurse on our psychiatric unit, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • BSN degree or equivalent required; one year medical/psychiatric experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills to use electronic systems for communication and clinical purposes
  • Ability to complete electronic medical records training and demonstrate 80% accuracy on competency test within 30 days of hire
