Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $45,000 and $100,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as a 401(k) match and paid time off.


Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle needs, providing exceptional service and support. Key responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls, and assisting with setting appointments.

Help identify a mechanical problem by asking investigative questions or by performing a visual inspection and/or road test.

Confer with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs.

Prepare a repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service.

Write a brief description of the customer's concern on the repair order to help the technician locate the problem.

Explain the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer.

Resolve customer concerns in an effective manner.
