Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize & Pack: Assist clients in sorting, organizing, and packing their belongings for various transitions.
  • Facilitate Transitions: Help clients unpack and arrange their new living spaces to ensure a smooth and comfortable start.
  • Prepare for Sales: Organize personal items for estate sales, both online and in person.
  • Provide Emotional Support: Offer reassurance and companionship to clients throughout the process.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with clients, their families, and team members, maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Compassionate & Respectful: You recognize the emotional challenges of relocation and treat clients with kindness.
  • Physically Fit: Capable of lifting and moving items weighing between 40-60 pounds.
  • Dependable & Organized: Strong organizational skills and reliable transportation are essential.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology for scheduling and project management.
  • Adaptable: Able to work in various environments, including those that may be cluttered.

Compensation:

  • Starting pay: $17 - $22.50 per hour, depending on experience.
