We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agency Relationship Manager to join our team at QuoteWell. As a key member of our customer engagement efforts, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our insurance agency partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth: Work closely with our Customer Experience and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and increase written premium through targeted outreach campaigns, product education, and webinars.
  • Relationship Management: Own and manage relationships with assigned retail agents, ensuring they submit new business to QuoteWell on a monthly basis.
  • Support and Enablement: Provide training and support to new and existing retail agents, including appetite training, platform training, and communication of new releases.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly production targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback from agents to our Product and Engineering teams to improve QuoteWell's capabilities and the agency experience.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and attending trade shows, association meetings, and events, as well as managing follow-up with potential contacts.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in the commercial P&C E&S space with nationally-recognized insurance carriers, intermediaries, or brokerages.
  • Partnership Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic retail agent partnerships.
  • Sales and Leadership: Direct experience within the MGA, Programs, or E&S Binding authority space is a plus, as well as the ability to lead sales meetings with senior executives at retail agencies.
  • Problem-Solving and Creativity: Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to constantly problem-solve and think creatively while keeping goals in sight.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
