CYM Living LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to oversee and manage the overall performance and profitability of a multifamily portfolio in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Ensure that the portfolio and individual communities achieve their operational, financial, and business performance objectives by conducting property inspections, analyzing financial reports, and creating and implementing strategic action plans.
  • Team Leadership: Work collaboratively with Property Managers to ensure portfolio and community goals are met in terms of operations, finances, and overall business performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead and execute operational initiatives, driving change and ensuring the proper implementation of updated protocols across all properties.
  • Financial Management: Manage and monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are achieved or surpassed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and deliver regular reports on property performance, financial metrics, and market trends to ownership and senior management.
  • Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns promptly.
  • Tenant Retention: Implement tenant retention programs to reduce turnover and vacancy rates.
  • Marketing and Leasing: Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to create and execute effective marketing strategies, ensuring high occupancy rates.
  • Maintenance and Compliance: Supervise maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Capital Planning: Ensure the appearance and physical aspects of properties meet company and owner standards through routine site and safety inspections, and communicate capital needs for physical upkeep as necessary.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Keep up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations affecting property management, ensuring all properties comply with relevant codes, laws, and regulations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify property improvement opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role managing multifamily properties.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using property management software (preferably Yardi and/or Appfolio) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, excellent communication and team management skills, knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
