Eye Care Professional

The Eye Care Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional value to our customers by providing the highest quality optometric care. This role ensures that all patients receive a seamless and personalized experience, from greeting to checkout.
Main Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and provide a warm welcome
Explain all required paperwork, tests, and products in a clear and concise manner
Review prescriptions and patient information carefully to identify special needs
Show patience and courtesy to indecisive or difficult customers and patients
Perform work accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure and customer volume
Key Performance Indicators
Deliver the store's key performance indicators by integrating the Brand Story and ensuring flawless execution of the patient experience
Ensure all patients receive the highest quality optometric care
Requirements
High School graduate or equivalent
Strong customer service skills (internal and external)
Knowledge of current fashion trends
Strong communicator and listener
Problem solving ability
Familiarity with cash register, computers, and calculators
Organization skills
Sales skills
Strong basic math skills
Knowledge of office and store merchandise
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, retail, and/or optical
Strong interpersonal skills
