A Day in the Life of a Pastry Line Cook

As a Pastry Line Cook, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our pastry kitchen. Your role will involve creating delicious baked goods, pastry items, wedding cakes, and other special sweet preparations. You will supervise the preparation and service of pastries for banquets and receptions, ensuring that every product meets your high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements

  • Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic math skills
