Real Estate Sales Professional

Crye-Leike Realtors is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to help them with the purchase and sale of property. You must be able to provide exceptional customer service and have excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in sales, customer service, and marketing is preferred. As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide personalized service.
- Advise clients on the state of the local real estate market and provide market analysis.
- Answer questions about contracts, terms of sale, and other parts of the real estate process.
- Utilize computer technology to manage a database of clients and prospects.
- Proactively reach out to clients to initiate or follow-up on real estate transactions.
- Manage marketing and advertising efforts to attract new clients and promote listings.
