• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, incorporating patient goals and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of surgical care standards.
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Registered Nurse license.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing patient needs and adapting to changing situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
