Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and interact with members, prospective members, and guests
  • Provide membership information and facilitate tours
  • Ensure the gym is clean and well-maintained
  • Handle membership sign-ups, phone calls, and point-of-sale transactions
  • Assist with billing issues and disputes
  • Stay up-to-date with training materials and updates
  • Maintain knowledge of amenities, membership offerings, and equipment functions
  • Prepare and serve smoothies, if applicable
  • Attend team meetings and participate in team-building events
