About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with a demonstrated background in cloud technologies and customer success through solution architecture. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Sales organization and engage in the pre-sales process to enable successful deal conversion. Additionally, they will interact directly with customers to build proof-of-concepts, demonstrating the value of our product. This role involves performing detailed infrastructure assessments of customers' existing environments, producing cost calculators, business ROI plans, and migration project plans. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the DevOps team for smooth project implementation.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a solutions and/or cloud architect
  • Experience working with customers and internal teams in a pre-sales, consulting, or delivery capacity
  • Dynamic team player who can teach and learn from colleagues on the Solutions Engineering team
  • Problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Comfortable in both business and technical contexts, able to work with executives or technical audiences
  • Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong knowledge of container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, ECS)
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code technologies (Terraform)
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD systems
  • Passionate about helping customers with infrastructure transformation through solutions engineering
