Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for communicating with our clients, developing their claims, and working with the Social Security Administration to ensure our clients receive the benefits they deserve. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with our clients and colleagues to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective claims strategies.
  • Work with the Social Security Administration to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to improve our services.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a disability or social services setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Pleasant phone personality and excellent written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Dependable and punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
