Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assembler to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling heated blankets by reading and interpreting technical drawings, assembling components, and performing quality checks to ensure that the heated blankets meet specified standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble heated blankets according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to fit and secure components.
- Install heating elements, sensors, and insulation materials.
- Inspect assembled products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform functional tests on heating elements and electronic components.
- Report any assembly issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of related experience in a fast-paced business environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive work.
- Ability to follow procedures and policies.
- Ability to work overtime when necessary.
The Assembler will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and equipment. The ability to lift loads weighing up to 50 lbs is required.
