Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of $31.25 per hour, plus a $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment. You will also enjoy a generous time off package, including up to 4 weeks of combined vacation and holiday time, 3 weeks of combined sick and personal time, and a day off for your birthday. Additionally, we provide medical, dental, vision, and many other benefits to support your overall well-being.

Job DescriptionAs a Licensed Social Worker at RISE, you will have the opportunity to work closely with program participants, providing psychotherapy services as needed. You will facilitate community meetings and group counseling sessions, acclimate residents to physical surroundings, program philosophy, and expectations. You will also participate in crisis intervention and comply with all relevant regulations governing the program.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field, and hold a valid license to practice as a social worker in New York State. You should have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in case management, counseling, or a related field. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to operate independently and think on your feet. We also require clearance with all relevant background checks as per RISE policies and governing regulations.
