Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Flintco's quality and safety standards, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction management, including project management, estimating, and cost control.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management software, such as P6, Procore, or BIM 360.
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and construction best practices.
  • Certifications in construction management, such as the Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or the Project Management Professional (PMP).
