Key Responsibilities- Deliver top-tier nutritional care to patients, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
- Assess nutritional requirements, set objectives, and execute medical nutrition therapy based on individual health statuses.
- Develop and implement innovative nutrition programs that promote optimal clinical outcomes and financial performance.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards, including Federal and State guidelines, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to enhance the quality of nutrition and culinary services.
- Evaluate menu cycles for nutritional adequacy and dietary consistency.
- Support quality assurance initiatives within the culinary operations.
- Promote Health & Wellness initiatives throughout the organization.
- Proven leadership and communication abilities to drive improvements in nursing and kitchen management.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare settings or Behavioral Health.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian.
- Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Certification Eligibility: Must meet the criteria for certification as a Registered Dietitian.
Salary range: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually
