Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Education Assistant to join our team. As an Early Childhood Education Assistant, you will provide vital classroom support to our lead teachers, engaging children in age-appropriate activities and lesson plans. You will also assist with daily care tasks, make notes on child behaviors, and share them with parents during pick-up time.

Responsibilities
  • Provide classroom assistance to lead teachers, supporting daily routines and activities
  • Engage children in age-appropriate learning experiences, promoting their confidence and independence
  • Assist with daily care tasks, including feeding, hand washing, and diapering
  • Make notes on child behaviors and share them with parents during pick-up time
  • Help maintain a clean and safe classroom environment
Requirements
  • CPR and First Aid certification (training available)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to comply with company policy regarding drug testing
