Job Summary:

As a key member of the Surgical Services team, the Materials Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining par levels for all supplies, supervising the inventory process, and ensuring the operating room is well-stocked with necessary materials. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with sales representatives and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain par levels for all supplies
• Supervise the inventory process throughout the year and bi-annual inventory count events
• Supervise the supplies purchased for the operating room
• Input charges, follow up on orders, and work with sales reps
• Prepare capital CER packets and maintain the Tissue Tracker

Requirements:

• Technical School/1 Year College degree
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Knowledge of surgical supplies and equipment
• Knowledge of Operating Room equipment
