We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sterile Processing Manager to lead our team at Rockledge Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our RH Sterile Processing department, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper assembly and preparation of surgical instruments and linens, as well as participating in sterilization quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of Sterile Processing Technicians
- Ensure compliance with sterilization protocols and quality assurance standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
- High School Graduate/Equivalent
- Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)
- Minimum of 1 year of Management experience
- Basic knowledge of anatomy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Medical/Surgical practical experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
