Position Overview:
Access Services is in search of a dedicated full-time Clinical Behavior Specialist (BCBA) to join our team.

Our Behavior Specialists enjoy a competitive base salary of $72,000, with the potential for additional incentive pay ranging from $80 to $100 per hour for billable hours exceeding 80 hours in a 4-week cycle.

Work-Life Balance:
We prioritize work-life balance, requiring only 20 billable hours per week. With our incentive structure, our BCBAs can earn between $72,000 and over $100,000 annually.


Our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) team delivers therapeutic interventions to children and adolescents (up to 21 years old) facing mental, emotional, or behavioral challenges.

This program operates in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments, emphasizing collaboration with families to foster positive coping strategies.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $72,000

Incentive Pay: BCBAs are expected to complete 80 billable hours monthly. Any hours billed beyond this threshold will be compensated at an incentive rate of $80-$100 per hour. This structure allows BCBAs who opt to bill additional hours to potentially exceed $100,000 in annual earnings.

Work Locations:
In-person, mobile, and community-based services.

Work Schedule:
Approximately 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of behavioral functions and apply principles of applied behavior analysis to interventions during all sessions.
  • Utilize professional expertise to assess skill deficits and behavioral needs for clients receiving ABA services.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans (ITP) with specific goals to address targeted behaviors.
  • Select and design behavioral interventions tailored to the needs of clients.
  • Review and analyze data to adjust behavioral interventions as necessary, exercising sound judgment.
  • Supervise behavioral consultants, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BHTs in accordance with BACB guidelines and IBHS regulations.
  • Model adherence to ethical standards and compliance requirements, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Support skill development among staff through training and modeling.
  • Emphasize treatment integrity measures to ensure effective implementation and reliability.
  • Review clinical notes and data monthly to provide constructive feedback and address any concerns.
  • Focus on operationally defined target behaviors and monitor progress throughout service delivery.
  • Assist in defining follow-up care in the community post-discharge and coordinate care with other providers.
  • Provide direct behavior analytic services to clients and their families.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed behavior specialist in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, human behavior, or a related field is required.
  • Licensure in Pennsylvania as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, or a relevant professional with ABA oversight is required.
  • Current clinical certification as a BCBA or an equivalent graduate-level certification in behavior analysis is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of post-Master's degree experience providing ABA services is required.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and adequate insurance are required.
  • No driver's license suspensions in the last 48 months.
