Job Description

We seek an experienced Data Scientist to join our innovative team. As a key member, you will collaborate with product partners to identify opportunities for AI/ML application, conduct research to solve business problems, contribute to the common data science platform, and stay up-to-date with advances in the field. Delivering periodic presentations to internal teams on these developments is also crucial to your success in this role.

Key Requirements

We are looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in developing AI/ML applications and data-driven solutions. A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline is essential, along with substantial depth and breadth in NLP, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and other state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques. You should have excellent knowledge of high-level programming languages (Python, Java, or C++) and core data science libraries including Pandas, NumPy, and similar libraries. Experience mentoring junior team members, excellent problem-solving and communication skills are also must-haves.

Benefits

As a Data Scientist at Norstella, you can expect a competitive salary range of $100,000-$130,000, commensurate with relevant skills, training, experience, education, and market factors. In addition to base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
