We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Management Leader to join our team at Intel. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for directing and managing a team of software engineers responsible for the development and deployment of enterprise data management capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Direct and manage a team of software engineers responsible for the development and deployment of enterprise data management capabilities spanning SaaS, on-premise, custom, and off-the-shelf applications as well as the integrations between them.">
  • Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise level master data solutions in collaboration with product owners, solution architects, business partners, and system integrators across the software development life cycle.">
  • Enable teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.">
  • Responsible for inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 5+ years management experience.">
  • 5+ years data management experience (any field).">
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.">
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:">

Salary

">

$247,045.00 - $401,433.00 per year.

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
