Job Overview:

Eliassen Group is seeking a highly skilled Cloud AI Engineer to join their dynamic team. This 100% remote role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions using Azure AI services.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and IT engineers to integrate AI capabilities into applications. Responsibilities include model training and evaluation, API development and integration, collaboration, performance optimization, support, documentation, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Azure AI services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure OpenAI Service
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and deploying them
  • Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and familiarity with GraphQL
  • Data engineering skills, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data pipeline development using Azure Data Factory
  • Containerization and orchestration experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions with a focus on deploying them in a cloud environment
  • Strong programming skills in Python and other relevant languages
  • Experience with data engineering and MLOps practices, including CI/CD for machine learning models
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of security best practices for deploying AI solutions, including data encryption and access control
  • Understanding of ethical considerations in AI, including bias detection and mitigation strategies
