Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency across the division.
  • Ensure accurate and timely project information dissemination.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of contract documents.
  • Formulate the overall project strategy and set clear expectations for the project team.
  • Establish the initial project timeline and regularly update progress.
  • Conduct project setup, including contract analysis, budget management, and cost coding.
  • Organize necessary logs for effective tracking of submittals, RFIs, PCOs, buyouts, quantities, and equipment.
  • Oversee subcontractor and supplier procurement and manage weekly invoice approvals.
  • Facilitate communication with customers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Draft change orders based on customer requirements.
  • Submit timely payment applications while maintaining current accounts receivable.
  • Engage in structured planning and measurement processes.
  • Lead, direct, and develop the project team through effective supervision and communication.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by staying actively involved throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Participation in pre-employment and random drug screening is mandatory.
  • Background screening process will be conducted.
