Position: Project Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager who thrives on problem-solving and enjoys working with data and facts. The ideal candidate will:

  • Coordinate resources effectively to achieve optimal outcomes across the division.
  • Generate accurate and timely project information.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of contract documents.
  • Develop a detailed project plan and set clear expectations for the project team.
  • Create and maintain the preliminary project schedule, updating progress as necessary.
  • Oversee project setup, including contract review, cost codes, and budget management.
  • Establish necessary tracking logs for submittals, RFIs, PCOs, buyouts, quantities, and equipment.
  • Manage subcontractor and supplier buyouts and approve invoices on a weekly basis.
  • Communicate all required information and inquiries to customers for efficient project execution.
  • Draft change orders based on customer expectations.
  • Submit timely pay applications while ensuring Accounts Receivable remains current.
  • Engage in structured occasions as outlined in the Planning & Measurement Process.
  • Supervise, direct, and develop the project team through effective communication.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by staying engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Participation in pre-employment and random drug screening is mandatory.
  • Subject to a background screening process.
