Position Title: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize resource allocation for superior outcomes across the division.
  • Ensure accurate and timely project information is generated and maintained.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of contract documents.
  • Formulate the overall project strategy and set clear expectations for the project team.
  • Develop and update the preliminary project timeline.
  • Conduct project setup, including contract reviews, cost coding, and budgeting.
  • Establish necessary tracking logs for submittals, RFIs, PCOs, buyouts, quantities, and equipment.
  • Oversee subcontractor and supplier procurement and approve weekly invoices.
  • Facilitate efficient execution by submitting all necessary information and inquiries to clients.
  • Draft change orders based on a clear understanding of client expectations.
  • Submit timely payment applications while ensuring Accounts Receivable is current.
  • Engage in structured planning and measurement processes.
  • Supervise, direct, and communicate effectively with the project team.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Participation in pre-employment and random drug screening is mandatory.
  • Background screening will be conducted.
