Position Overview:
As a Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while preparing a variety of beverages. This role involves taking orders, crafting drinks, and operating cash registers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Occasionally push, pull, lift, or carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Maintain a standing position for the duration of your shift.
- Engage in constant reaching, turning, and precision work.
- Exhibit a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with guests and team members.
- Listen attentively to concerns raised by customers and colleagues.
- Multitask and prioritize effectively to ensure outstanding service.

- Participate in all required meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company standards.
- Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming.
