Job Title: Conference Facility Operations Specialist

Strategic Analysis, Inc. is seeking a skilled Conference Facility Operations Specialist to join our team at the Executive Conference Center (ECC). This part-time position requires a flexible schedule to work on call, providing high-level customer service to executive and DoD clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Set up, test, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment and webinar connections.
  • Maintain the ECC's concessions, including coffee, beverages, snacks, and supplies.
  • Receive, set up, and clean up catering.
  • Create and post directional signage.
  • Set up poster sessions and demonstration stations, providing equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Maintain security protocols and work with building managers, engineers, vendors, security, caterers, and IT to ensure successful meetings and events.
  • Close the facility by cleaning tables, beverage stations, and restocking supplies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the service industry.
  • High School Diploma or higher level of education.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and webinar technology.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, experience in the service industry, and a strong understanding of audio-visual technology. We are willing to train the right candidate.
