About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Advantage Home Health Services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients by providing high-quality speech therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to patients as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assist patients with speech, language, oral, and pharyngeal sensor motor function, hearing, balance, and their undergoing processes.
  • Ensure quality and safe delivery of speech pathology services.
  • Promote and assist patients in a progression of care to achieve optimum patient involvement and independent maintenance of their needs in the least restrictive environment.
  • Ensure that speech pathology services reflect the Agency mission and standards are provided in accordance with federal, state, and local standards guidelines, and regulations.
  • Demonstrate support for achieving the mission of the Agency.

About You:

  • You meet the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech pathology or audiology granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
  • You bring a minimum of one year practicing as a licensed speech language pathologist is preferred.
