Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team at Heritage Rehab. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapy sessions to improve communication abilities.
  • Administer swallowing evaluations and implement appropriate interventions for patients with swallowing difficulties.
  • Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies for continued progress.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
