Join Our Team as a Metrology Engineer

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and Troubleshoot: Diagnose and address assembly process challenges effectively.
  • Coordinate Initiatives: Execute evaluations and optimizations of processes, equipment, and materials.
  • Lead Improvement Activities: Participate in continuous yield enhancement and cost reduction efforts.
  • Validate New Processes: Ensure new process baselines are qualified, including new tools and materials for product introductions.
  • Support Quality Control: Assist in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Fault Detection and Classification (FDC), and Advanced Process Control (APC).
  • Manage Supplier Relationships: Oversee and audit material suppliers to meet quality and cost objectives.
  • Conduct Audits: Support both internal and external audit processes.

As part of your responsibilities, you will also:

  • Develop Process Formulations: Create or modify formulations and define equipment specifications.
  • Review Techniques: Evaluate processing methods applied in the manufacturing and assessment of products.
  • Ensure Compatibility: Coordinate design requirement reviews with engineering personnel.
  • Analyze Test Data: Assess data to establish appropriate limits and variables for specifications.
