- Process prescriptions and provide patient education on medication management.
- Perform glucometer testing, peak flow meter testing, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Authorize and pre-certify procedures.
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized supply closet.
- Provide patient education on diabetes management, COPD, and asthma.
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
- Prepare documents for transmission to external entities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- BLS certification preferred.
