Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our Intensive Outpatient Program as its Executive Director. Key Responsibilities:

Communicates effectively with patients and their families, fostering a supportive environment that promotes positive outcomes.
Conducts treatment planning, discharge planning, and facilitates support groups to meet the unique needs of each patient and their family.
Works closely with the facility administrator to achieve financial goals related to expense management and revenue production, maintaining an administrative structure that supports the program's objectives.
Provides information on overall facility performance to customers, departments, and stakeholders through oral and written communication.

Requirements:
A minimum of a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling, along with full licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist is required. At least two years of experience in inpatient/outpatient psychiatric treatment, including one year of supervisory experience, is also necessary.
Excellent assertive communication skills are essential, along with the ability to foster cooperation across departmental lines and manage information, environmental, and fiscal resources effectively.
Good writing and composition skills, as well as the ability to organize and prioritize a high-volume workload, are necessary for success in this role.
The ability to function with minimal supervision and maintain a good work attitude, interacting cooperatively and professionally with other staff members, is critical.
Given the start-up nature of the program, the ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be willing to work collaboratively with the team to refine and create a quality program.
