Job Title: Cybersecurity Program Director

About the Role:

Serves as the primary interface with senior government personnel and customer agency representatives. Oversees the development of work standards, assigns contractor schedules, and reviews all work products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervises a team of contractor personnel and communicates organizational policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates.
  • Leads the implementation of enterprise cybersecurity planning, authorization, monitoring, operations, response, and engineering activities through all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Responsible for managing a complex multitask cybersecurity contract and coordinating program matters with the COR/GPM.
  • Ensures overall contract performance.

Key Requirements:

  • OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal Public Trust.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • EIGHT (8) or more years of leadership experience in information technology.
  • Must have or be able to obtain within 6 months of start date DoD 8570 IAM Level II or III, CSSP Manager Certification.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related discipline.
  • FIVE (5) or more years of experience leading cybersecurity engagements.
