Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, and guests, representing FPI Management, Inc. in a professional manner.
  • Employee Management: Develop and manage the site team members, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
  • Leasing and Occupancy: Maintain occupancy levels, oversee leasing activities, and develop marketing strategies to attract new residents.
  • Revenue Management: Manage the maximum revenue potential of the property, including lease expirations, rent collections, and budget management.
  • Reporting and Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including resident files, financial reports, and compliance documents.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures, including safety protocols and emergency response plans.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist residents with maintenance requests, document facility needs, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in residential property management.
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree in a related field preferred.
  • Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current motor vehicle insurance.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, and other software skills.
  • Experience with property management-related software, including AppFolio, Entrada, and RealPage.
