Digital Business Development Lead

Classet is looking for a talented Digital Business Development Lead to drive growth and success in our digital accounts. As a key player in our team, you'll be responsible for managing our digital accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals. You'll collaborate with technical teams to deliver successful IT projects and services, track account performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to present to clients and senior management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling of IT services and solutions
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT projects and services
- Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to present to clients and senior management
- Problem Solving: Address client issues and concerns promptly, providing solutions and recommendations to enhance service delivery
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a technical account management or service solutions role, with a Bachelor's Degree and experience working with clients in the financial services arena. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $125,000 based on your experience, along with attractive bonuses and growth opportunities.
