About This Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Ambassador. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process a wide range of transactions, including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and mitigate potential fraud risks, adhering to established operational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on Capital One products and services, using this knowledge to educate customers and promote our offerings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • At least one year of retail, sales, or customer service experience; cash handling experience a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel between branches in assigned local area, as needed.
