Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and entrepreneurial students to join our Kaplan team as Student Brand Ambassadors. As a Student Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in increasing Kaplan's visibility and market share on campus, or virtually, through various initiatives and activities. Your primary responsibilities will include building and strengthening relationships with student organizations, collaborating with full-time campus-focused partners to generate leads and enrollments, and executing grassroots marketing initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to develop new relationships and establish partnerships with influential student groups and organizations, present to students on campus to share how Kaplan's products and resources will help them achieve their goals, and create and share content through personal social media channels to engage students with the Kaplan brand and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and strengthen relationships with student organizations to increase Kaplan's visibility and market share on campus.
  • Collaborate with full-time campus-focused partners to generate leads and enrollments through various on-campus initiatives and social media efforts.
  • Execute grassroots marketing initiatives, including on-campus events, tables, fairs, flyers, and more.
  • Develop new relationships and establish partnerships with influential student groups and organizations.
  • Present to students on campus to share how Kaplan's products and resources will help them achieve their goals.
  • Create and share content through personal social media channels to engage students with the Kaplan brand and experience.

Education and Experience:
  • Current sophomore, junior, or senior on campus.
  • Engaged in your campus community or an active member or leader of a student club or organization.
  • Skilled in finding relevant student groups and fostering those relationships.
  • Active on social media with an engaged audience and strong digital presence.
  • Creative problem solver with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple initiatives while working independently and remotely.
