This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to CLUB Members
  • Execute account servicing and other CLUB processes, including acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, and customer experience
  • Keep CLUB inventory accurate and maintain a clean and organized CLUB Booth
  • Process payments, answer account questions, and process applications for CLUB Members
  • Support metric goals and objectives for self and store
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to stand and/or walk during shift to assist customers on the sales floor
  • Ability to perform tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation
