About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team as an independent contractor. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health care to patients remotely via video and phone communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychotherapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a clinical setting. They will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating adult and adolescent mental health patients, as well as working with a healthcare team to provide patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult and adolescent mental health patients
  • Work with a healthcare team to provide patient care
  • Analyze and maintain clinical records and reports
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions
  • Maintain accurate and timely completion of medical records

Requirements

  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. degree in clinical or counseling psychology
  • Current licensure for independent clinical practice in California
  • Enrolled in Medicaid
  • Minimum 3+ years of non-supervised independent practice experience in a clinical setting
